DOP (Deposit Payment): For the STBO (soon to be on hand) PCs, we offer a deposit payment option where 50% of the total amount is required as a deposit. The remaining balance must be paid in full once the photocards are on hand.However, if the photocards for sale are already on hand, same as above, 50% of the total amount is required as a deposit and we will provide a maximum of 1 week for the remaining balance to be paid in full.Failure to pay the full amount by this time will result in the termination of your order, and the deposit fee will be non-refundable.Forfeiture: Items will be considered forfeited if payment is not received within the specified timeframe or if payment terms are violated.Notification: The buyer agrees to be contacted by the seller if there are any issues with payment.Grace Period: The buyer may be granted extra time to rectify payment problems.Forfeiture Process: If payment issues are not resolved, the seller may relist the items for sale.No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for forfeited items.Costs: The seller may recover any costs incurred during the forfeiture process.Disputes: Any disputes should be resolved through negotiation.Changes: These terms may change, and the buyer agrees to check them regularly.Shipping Liability: If the parcel has been shipped out, the seller is no longer liable for the item, and no refunds or replacements will be issued for items once they have been dispatched.
